OUR STORY

2012

The Founding

It all started with a shared dream: Andreas and Patrick Gündisch founded their own agency in 2012 with the vision of creating a solutions hub for their clients’ challenges. Their goal was to develop creative ideas and innovative strategies that are always in tune with the times.

2015

First Milestone

Only three years after founding, our efforts and commitment were rewarded with the German Agency Award (Deutscher Agenturpreis). This recognition confirmed that we were on the right track with our vision.

2017

A New Home

With the move to our new offices on Hofwiesenstraße, we were able to expand our creative horizons. A versatile space for idea generation was created over 500 m², complete with our own photo and sound studios – perfect for implementing large projects.

2018

National Success

Winning the German Design Award was a significant milestone in our still-young history. This prestigious award brought us national success and has since motivated us to continue working on creative and innovative solutions that meet the highest standards and set benchmarks in our industry.

2019/2020

International Recognition

The International Design Awards in 2019 and 2020 confirmed our creative expertise at the highest level. These international successes reflect our development and serve as proof that our passion for design and brand-building is valued worldwide.

2023

Expansion of Employer Branding

With an increased demand in the employer branding sector, we have further developed in this area. Today, we offer tailored solutions for companies looking to strengthen their employer brand and attract talent.
